Will,

I love the post, great picture representing the wonderful education system in our country. Poor grammar is rampant in the U.S., and it is deteriorating rapidly with text messaging and email.

If you're a bookworm, check out a book by Lynne Truss called "Eats, Shoots & Leaves". Witty and hysterical examples of grammatical errors.

How's the backtesting study coming?

Tyro,
I made it caps, bold and italics 'cause the misspelling was intentional. Looking at it now, I think putting it in quotes and leaving off the caps/bold would have made it more obvious. I've edited it to reflect that.
Thanks!

Perhaps our spelling before our grammar? :)

(From what I've seen, the US gov't already spends more per capita on health care than Canada, so if you went to single-payer system, everyone could be saving nickels, even those without health insurance. Except for the HMOs, they'd have issues.)
