iPhone Price Drop: Dial 1-800-EAT-SHIT, Whiners

What, you didn’t have the internet? What, you didn’t have an mp3 player? What, you didn’t have a telephone? NO! You were not making a value-based purchase of a necessary commodity.

You were absolutely, as the late great Alan Watts said, playing the game of “I have conformed sooner than you.”

And you won. Bully for you. You got your money’s worth. Now shut up and watch Pirates on that itty-bitty screen and pretend you like it.

A little OT: Just received word from TD Ameritrade. Here is the quote after I asked about expanding the available historical data:

“As for the historical data, I cannot give expected dates as that has not been confirmed to me as of yet, but from what I understand, future enhancements of StrategyDesk and agreements with the historical data provider will extend StrategyDesk’s historical data out further, to perhaps 20 years of data as opposed to the current 7+ years of daily data. This would also include increases to the intra-day historical data.
So, that is something that will be coming shortly to StrategyDesk.

    TD Ameritrade”

Just thought Id let you know. Oh, by the way, I use your “Will’s StrategyDesk Formula Page” a lot, thanks for that!! Great blog!

This is the best post in the history of DummySpots.com

I have a dickhead friend that stood in line for hours for this phone. Hahaha. Gonna love it when he finds out that it’s $200 cheaper. My wallet is not as flat as his. LOL

Fearfrost- thank you, glad to hear you’re finding the formula page useful! And if they do finally get moving and include 20 years of historical data, I’ll be back using SD daily. Thanks for the info.

LP - liked that, huh? That’s the kind of mood I was in late last night. Maybe I should drink Michelob more often.
